01 / THE DRINK
This is ZhenXi’s canned scented tea project for beverage brands, importers and distributors. The packaging direction is a 330ml Standard can; the next decision is the drink inside.
Define the floral note, the tea or botanical base, and the finish you want buyers to remember. Then review the actual ingredients and a processed sample before approving the specification.
“Scented tea” describes the product direction here. The exact tea base, flower inputs and finished-product name must follow the agreed formula.
02 / FLAVOR & FORMULA
Build your tasting brief around three decisions. Sensory preferences guide development; ingredient and nutrition statements need their own records.
Describe the aroma you want: delicate, rounded or more pronounced. Share a reference drink and the notes to avoid, including an overly perfumed finish.
Decide: lead note, intensity and aftertaste.
Identify whether the brief calls for a flower-scented tea, a tea blend or a botanical infusion. Confirm the actual raw materials and their preparation.
Decide: base, ingredient identity and composition.
Set the desired sweetness, body and finishing dryness. Include any sugar, sweetener, caffeine or carbonation requirements for technical review.
Decide: taste targets and label requirements.

03 / THE CAN FORMAT
A compact, wider can profile gives the new packaging direction a distinct shelf presence.
Develop the artwork around the approved can drawing. Review the can body, matched end, internal coating, decoration and filling requirements as one packaging system.
04 / PRODUCT SPECIFICATION
Use one agreed specification for sample review, artwork and quotation. The following separates the selected packaging direction from details to finalize.
| Item | Current basis | For confirmation |
|---|---|---|
| Product category | Ready-to-drink scented tea | Final product name and formula |
| Packaging | 330ml Standard aluminum can | Supplier drawing, end and filling specification |
| Tea & floral inputs | Defined through the formulation brief | Ingredient identity, preparation and composition |
| Taste & appearance | Reference and sample assessment | Aroma, sweetness, body, clarity and finish |
| Sugar, caffeine & carbonation | Requirements for review | Approved formula and relevant finished-product data |
| Brand & artwork | ZhenXi supply or your-brand inquiry | Route availability, printing and market-specific label |
| Samples, MOQ & timing | Quoted against the agreed project scope | Quantity per formula / design and approval schedule |
| Shelf life & storage | To be established for the finished product | Supporting study, conditions and release specification |
| Packing & delivery | Destination-based quotation | Cans per case, case weight, pallet and trade term |
Request the documents that apply to your product and destination. Certification scope, test reports and label requirements should be reviewed for the actual project.
05 / SUPPLY & PRIVATE LABEL
Tell us which route you need so the sample and quotation discussion can start with the right scope.
ZHENXI BRAND
Ask for the current product specification, sample status and available packaging. Confirm whether the requested 330ml Standard version is ready or needs development.
YOUR BRAND / OEM & ODM
Bring your brand, flavor reference and market requirements. We can use the brief to discuss the formula, can artwork and project feasibility with you.
Service scope, sample terms and commercial conditions are confirmed against your specific project.
06 / FROM BRIEF TO REVIEW
Use a repeatable review to connect the desired flavor with the product that will actually be packed.
Record your target market, flavor reference, ingredient requirements and packaging scope.
Confirm sample availability and preparation. Link each sample to its formula, input version and process status.
Compare aroma, sweetness, tea character, color, particles and finish under matched serving conditions.
Keep accepted points, record revisions and align artwork with the agreed product specification.
Sensory acceptance does not establish shelf life. Stability, storage and release decisions need supporting finished-product records.
07 / RECORDS & DELIVERY
Build the order around a defined drink, package and destination. Request the applicable records before final approval.
Include your document requirementsIngredient list, product specification, nutrition information where required, and support for proposed label claims.
Applicable process, seam, appearance, coding and release records for the agreed can and beverage.
Validated storage conditions, shelf-life evidence, sample identification and retention arrangements.
Case configuration, dimensions and weight, pallet protection, destination, trade term and shipment documents.
08 / BUYER QUESTIONS
Clear answers for a more useful sample and quotation discussion.
Tell us what you needThe selected format is a 330ml Standard aluminum can. Confirm the actual can drawing, matched end, internal coating, decoration and filling specification before production.
The exact floral inputs and tea or botanical base are confirmed through the product specification. Share your preferred aroma, reference drink and ingredient requirements. A scented-tea name alone does not establish the ingredient list.
Send your brand, target market, flavor direction and estimated quantity for a project review. Formula development, artwork, packaging and sample scope are discussed against your requirements; specific options depend on feasibility.
These properties are not established by the product name or packaging. State your requirements in the brief, then confirm the final formula, relevant product data and label wording before approval.
Any natural, ingredient or nutrition statement needs support from the actual formulation and the label requirements of the destination market. Proposed wording should be reviewed with the applicable product records before use.
MOQ and timing are quoted for the agreed formula, number of SKUs, artwork, packaging and delivery scope. Include quantity per formula or design and your target date so the discussion can use a consistent basis.
Send a flavor reference and project requirements to discuss sample availability and terms. Compare identified samples under matched serving conditions, record accepted points and open issues, and agree the next revision.
Shelf life and storage must be supported for the final formula, packaging and process. Request the relevant finished-product specification and stability records. A successful tasting review alone does not establish shelf life.
Agree cans per case, case dimensions and weight, pallet configuration and protection, destination, trade term and shipment documents. Loading quantities should be calculated from the approved packing configuration.
