Sparkling Water

Sparkling water is a kind of mineral water rich in minerals. It is characterized by a large amount of carbon dioxide gas dissolved in the water. When the carbon dioxide dissolves in the water and reaches saturation, the remaining carbon dioxide will exist in the form of bubbles in the water. CO2 dissolves in the water to form Carbonic acid, carbonic acid is a binary weak acid, so sparkling water is acidic. Therefore, it will have a fresh and delicate bubble taste when drinking.

Sparkling water can be divided into natural sparkling water and artificial sparkling water. Natural gas bubble water is formed by carbon dioxide naturally dissolved into water, while artificial bubble water is made by a sparkling water machine using instantaneous strong pressure to press only food-grade carbon dioxide gas into the water. The main features of sparkling water are "sugar-free" and "healthy", and its taste is fresh and has the effects of relieving constipation, increasing appetite, enhancing satiety, producing body fluids and quenching thirst.

As a healthy drink, the carbon dioxide in sparkling water itself can promote the body's appetite by increasing the release of "hunger hormones." Sparkling water is by no means a panacea for treating various illnesses.
