The principle of TCM prevention, treatment and health preservation is "adapting to the person" and "adapting to the season". Different people are suitable for drinking different teas. Even for the same person, they should choose according to the different seasons.
People live in the exchange of heaven and earth, and their diet and daily life should also adapt to the changes of yin and yang in the four seasons, just like all things. For example, nourish yang in spring and summer, nourish yin in autumn and winter, which is the so-called "following the law of yin and yang". Only by achieving the coordination and unity of the internal and external environment of the human body, that is, "harmony between man and nature", can we be healthy and disease-free and prolong our life. Therefore, there are different tea substitutes in different seasons.
